Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (all methods)
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- You must use a payment account registered in your own name only
- Deposits are generally credited instantly
- Each deposit may be subject to account verification
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at ke999 will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
General bonus terms and conditions:

VIP Program: ke999 VIP members receive cashback benefits across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates range from 0.2% to 1.0% depending on the tier. Loyal players are promoted to higher tiers through their gameplay.
Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Depositing funds obtained through theft or fraud
- Credit card chargeback fraud
- Using a third-party payment account
Account Misconduct
- Creating multiple accounts
- Providing a false identity or information
- Selling or transferring an account
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Technical Misconduct

Limitation of Liability
